Happy Fall! ✨ It was wonderful to share such big and deep subjects over the past few months. Traveling can bring up deeper layers to be healed, and I was happy to share my reflections and thoughts with you! Hope it brought you new layers of insight and inspiration as well! Now, it feels best to shift gears towards creating lasting, impactful change.
How are you feeling as we kick off Q3 of 2023? Are you excited about what you have achieved and how you have shifted this year? Or have you been playing cheerleader to other people's dreams and have put yours on the back burner?
That last question is one I remember well! It’s a place many caring people find themselves. And after 20, 30, or 40 years of this pattern, it can feel IMPOSSIBLE to be anything other than what we have been. Except for that small nagging feeling that we are MORE than supporters, encouragers, and cheerleaders - that there IS a part of us still desiring to be expressed!
Today, I want to let you know that NO MATTER where you are - mid-life, corporate, divorced, empty nest, stay-at-home, retired, or entrepreneur, it IS possible to reconnect with who you uniquely are and create a beautiful Radiant Reality from there!

I have question for you. ✨ How do you feel when you get triggered by someone? Have you ever said “THEY make me angry?” or some similar reaction?
While this may seem counterintuitive, your triggers are actually helpful information - information that tells you where YOU are out of alignment! Because of this, your triggers can actually be powerful catalysts for realignment, growth, and a more fulfilling Radiant Reality.
If THIS triggers you, then I especially invite you to continue reading. I promise to give you something helpful and useful that can literally change your life immediately!
I’ll say it straight out - more often than not, when we are triggered by someone or about something (especially if this is a repetitive situation), this trigger highlights something about US that is not in alignment with our true self. It highlights an area of our life where we have some inner work to do!
I personally have experienced triggers related to each one of these categories! As a result, I’ve shown up angry, infuriated, disappointed, feeling like I was taken advantage of, and simply ready to write someone off. Then, I learned what triggers were from a whole new perspective, and since then, I’ve more quickly chosen to USE the trigger with curiosity to evolve.
Here are a few examples from my life:
“They make me so mad” shifted to “I choose to take more control of my own happiness.”
“Why do they keep doing this?” shifted to “I will set healthy boundaries to not let it happen again!”
“It is their fault that everything isn’t working” was replaced by “I need to share my opinion and find a solution as well.”

Hello, and hope you are having a beautiful week! 💐On Wednesday’s posts we connected over subtle signs you are evolving, aligning, and up-leveling your life and who you are being!
Do you agree that things feeling natural, having your senses heightened, resonating with deeper acceptance, and your routine changing, are all wonderful signs?
What are some of yours? Here are two more additional thoughts.
✨ You are feeling more adventurous to try new things, whether that is food, experiences, or conversations.
- I knew this was going to happen just from my travels however I am feeling it at a deeper level. My first night in Spain I tried grilled sardines at a local chiringuito, not out of novelty, but out of a spirit of adventure to show up differently in my life.
✨You are feeling a bit more contemplative and less energy about rushing to do things or make decisions.
- I have been noticing this the past couple of weeks especially! It’s coming from an inner place - maybe my heart, maybe my body, and it’s this feeling and inquiry of “What feels right for me right now? What is it that I truly desire here in this situation? What feels aligned?”
I am acknowledging that my decision to temporarily live in Spain has been one of the biggest aligned yesses decisions of my life! I see and feel how this has opened me to my next level of expression in the world. I am excited to let her dance, play, create, love, and live in new ways not just in Spain but for the rest of my life.

This week will mark the end of my first 30 days living in Spain. To say the journey has been amazing is an understatement! 🌟
Have you ever felt like you are evolving (and it feels right), however because you are in the middle of the changes you can’t yet see the full picture?
Subtle signs you are evolving, aligning, and up-leveling your life and who you are being:
✨The new things you are doing feel natural, almost like you have been doing them all your life, or at least for a long time.
- For me, Living in Spain feels natural! I’m feeling like a local and not a tourist.
✨You feel more connected to your senses.
- This was something I shared about travel and getting outside our normal routine and WOW, has this been powerful for me. The sun feels different on my skin, there are different scents all around me, I am finding myself attracted to silkier fabrics and dresses that flow with me when I walk.
✨You feel more acceptance of who you are on all levels - physically, emotionally and spiritually.
- I am definitely feeling more acceptance of ALL of me. As a result, have been more relaxed and comfortable to show who I am like all the times I’ve spoken terrible Spanish to a local, the times I opted out of the group activity without guilt, or the occasions I was topless at the beach!
✨You are changing up your habits and routines where the old ones are no longer resonating. You stop doing them just because you have done them for a long time.
- This one caught me by surprise - I am not journaling everyday as I had been for so many years! As I’ve sat with why this has happened, right now I am feeling more IN my life vs. reflecting ON my life.

“I’d like to give you my dress” ✨ was an inspired message I shared with one of the retreat participants last week. This statement, and the story that surrounds it, is a perfect example of how our Radiant Reality isn’t some point in the future but rather one that is lived one moment at a time!
I invite you to see how this beautiful retreat example relates to your Radiant Reality journey.
During the retreat “Beverly” shared how she is desiring to have a partner in her life and that she desires to express more of her feminine side. She also shared reasons why she has held back doing this and that she was open to taking steps to heal and embrace new perspectives. I very much resonated with her and her story! My heart felt very activated as I too have been on my own journey of living more from my feminine.
Shortly after her asking me about it I had a powerful inspired idea - why don’t I give her my dress! I had this idea that when she’s ready she can witness how beautiful she is and also see a new glimpse of her femininity.
So one afternoon, after our session, I knocked on her door and gifted her the dress! Sharing my reason why, she got a smile on her face. My heart was full of joy that she accepted my gift and I was happy I followed through on the idea.
In gifting her the dress I gave her the invitation to step out in a safe space to be seen in this very feminine dress. She did just that and more! Not only did she wear the dress to dinner one evening, she also was courageous to have our retreat photographer take some pictures her wearing the dress! It was so beautiful to witness her next steps of her embracing and expressing her femininity. She was beaming in the dress and the photos she took really captured her essence.

Wishing you a beautiful week filled with adventure, time to connect with loved ones, and moments for self reflection for healing. 💫You do not have to create your Radiant Reality alone. The more help you can open to, the more empowered and impactful you can become. It can be fun to connect with others in a bigger goal.
During our time together in Spain, the women attending stepped into a very safe space to look within, grow, and heal.
💫As I sit here in my post-retreat reflection, I see there were many activations, insights and shifts throughout the week. Here are several that had an impact to the group and myself:
- We can get into a routine of living the same day over and over which over time disconnects us from the whole of who we are. Reconnecting and reigniting those parts of self we forgot or that were covered with old stories and conditioning brings a new energy and vibrancy to life.
- We are more than what we see and think. Opening to look at life through a new lens, through new perspectives opens up new possibilities and options where we previously had not seen.
- Coming to know ourselves from the inside out, and truly embracing who we uniquely are is a powerful place to live our life from. This inner knowing and acceptance creates more peace, joy and confidence within ourselves to live full out.
- We all have shells of protection we have created over the years in order to keep us safe and help us navigate difficult situations. While it seems easier to have our armor of resistance we came to learn that looking at our resistance and letting that go is an integral part of creating our Radiant Reality that is filled with expanded levels of love, joy, abundance, and fulfillment.
It can be hard to receive support from others. However, so much radiance, insight, and beauty can come from it. How much can you open to receive it?

I am in a place of deep gratitude for all of the transformations that occurred during the Radiant Reality & Mindful Movement Retreat here in Malaga, Spain.
I experienced great gratitude for the tranquil retreat center, caring staff, and my work with my gifted co-leader, Ana. I am grateful for the opportunity to engage in deep conversations, quiet moments and to be a witness and mid-wife for each attendees individual intentions.
So much beauty has been brought forward through every woman's commitment to doing the inner work that is necessary to find new levels of joy, confidence, and fulfillment. It has been a retreat to remember!
💫Each woman attending walked away with exactly what SHE needed (and was ready for) at this time in her life. Each woman had her own unique experience and one was not better than the other! It wasn’t about how many AHAs or shifts but rather what exactly was wanting to come through for them individually.
It is beautiful when women can come together in travel and be a safe space for one another.
